Melissa Partridge

This year I'm an EA in grade 8A, Kindergarten and 5A. This is my 10th year at GPS, I have a lot of experience with learning and behavioural disabilities. I am trained in Ablenet math program and intervention. I have many other additional courses, such as person center Ed thinking.

I’ve lived in Grimshaw my whole life. I have 2 grown children, both of whom are GHS/Kennedy/GPS educated lol. I have 2 beautiful grandchildren, Lilah who’s is 14 months and Oliver who is turning 1. I’m currently enrolled in university studies while I’m on the wait list for the social work diploma. My spare time (what little I have lol) is spent reading, gardening, fitness, listening to music and much time with the babies. I have a little dog and a crazy cat.

I love seeing the kids I work with building skills and needing me less and less. I’m looking forward to spending time in grade 8 which is new to me.
